Toilet paper is rolled around a square tube instead of the typical round toilet paper tube. The square core makes it harder to pull the toilet paper smoothly, thus preventing overuse of the paper. The square roles stack more efficiently than round rolls when packaged, saving space and cost when being transported and stored. This was designed for Re Design Exhibition by Kenya Hara.

トイレットペーパーの芯に使われている丸い紙管の代わりに四角い紙管を使い、トイレットペーパーを四角く巻いた。それにより、トイレットペーパーを引いてもペーパーホルダーとの抵抗によりスムーズに紙が出ず、紙の使い過ぎを防止する。また輸送時のパッケージも、四角いため丸よりコンパクトになり省スペースとなる。原研哉氏のRe Design展のための作品。
