As a temporary structure of at most 10 years was requested, recyclable and reusable materials were used for the building. Paper tubes made of recycled paper were used as columns, and containers were used for the walls and frame structure, covered by a glass roof. A stacking glass shutter facade enabled a smooth transition between the inside and the ocean in front of the building.

敷地の条件から１０年以内の仮設建築が要求されたため、柱には再生紙による紙管を、壁面にはコンテナを、屋根にはスペースフレームを利用し、いずれも解体後はできるだけリサイクルやリユースできるような提案としている。正面のガラス・スタッキング・シャッターにより目の前に広がる海へとつながるような領域がつくり出される。
