This Residence is designed to meet the special conditions of its vast, undulating site opening up to the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore the first floor outline follows the topographic contour of the site, and the second floor features a pool, of which the water surface creates a visual continuity to the ocean. The third floor is lifted up particularly high in the site to obtain extensive views.

大西洋に大きく眺望が開けた、起伏を繰り返す広大な敷地において、まず1階の形状を敷地の起伏や地理的な特性に合わせて決定している。2階には全面にプールを配し、その水面がはるか遠くに続いていく大西洋と視覚的につながるようにし、さらに3階は大きく持ち上げ、そこからも広大な大西洋を眺めることができる。
