More than one third of the land of the Czech Republic is covered with forests, and we started to think to a kindergarten that can feel the warmth of timber. The design concept became a combination of grid shell domes made of Czech timber. The grid shell creates the dynamic roof, which covers the entire space and the opening within the grid lets the sunlight go through. The light through the transparent insulation becomes gentle and makes a warm atmosphere within the interior spaces. チェコの土地は、国の3分の1以上が森林に覆われていることから、私たちは、森の暖かさを感じられるような幼稚園を建てようと思った。そして、デザインコンセプトはそのアイデアを組み合わせた、チェコの木で作るグリッドシェルドームに決まった。グリッドシェルの屋根は空間全体をカバーするだけでなく、グリッドの開口部から太陽光が入る仕組みとなっている。光が透明な絶縁材を通して入ることで、内部を穏やかで温かみのある空間にする。 |
