In a former industrial area close to the city center of Dijon, this 140 unit housing area’s main urban approach is to create a natural and green interior space surrounded by buildings that will respond to their immediate landscape by their scale and characteristics. The structure of all housing units will be made of the same L-shaped pre-cast concrete module assembled in different ways for the two and four storey high buildings, allowing for high economical and construction efficiency.

フランス、ディジョンの中心からほど近い敷地における140戸の集合住宅。南側の大通りに面する棟は4層とし、北側の街に面する部分はそのスケールに合わせて2層構成としている。構造はすべてL字型のプレキャストコンクリートからなり、経済性や施工性を高めている。
