The restaurant is built in the midst of a large natural field and serves fresh vegetables from there. The thatched roof used in traditional Japanese farmhouses and the large roof assembly made of a hybrid structure of paper tubes and wood create a spacious area with high ceilings, which is also used as a music hall.
大自然の畑の中に建ち、そこで取れた新鮮な野菜を提供するレストラン。日本の伝統的な農家で用いられる茅葺き屋根と、紙管と木のハイブリット構造による大きな屋根組によって、天井高の高い広々とした空間としており、音楽ホールとしても利用される。
